Harmony CDD Board of Supervisors:
As points of reference for the Board during the May 26, 2016 CDD meeting, here are quick updates on two of my assignments from last month:
1. OUC Buy-out agreement update:
As directed, we reached out to OUC to discuss the buyout of lease agreements 5 and 6. Mr. Seabrook at OUC stated that this is feasible and is preparing a spreadsheet with the amounts of the buyout.
Of course, the amounts are driven by the timing of the buyout. Mr. Seabrook suggested a potential July 1, 2016 buyout date, but I indicated that it would first be necessary to wait until the Harmony CDD Board met and discussed the best timing.
The "References" below are some documents we sent to OUC per OUC’s request. These documents include both the underlying lease agreements for loans 5 and 6 (provided to us by the District Manager) and the two DRAFT amendments to the agreements.
2. Contract talks with Davey:
We have moved forward as directed in this regard and will give a full report during the meeting.
Due to an unanticipated meeting commitment in Tallahassee, I will be unable to attend the HCDD meeting in person. However, the District Manager has agreed to set up a phone and a call in number, so I plan to attend the meeting by phone.
