District Facility Restrictions Are Rescinded
Pursuant to Executive Order 20-244, the restrictions set forth in Executive Order 20-139 are rescinded.  Individuals may utilize the Harmony CDD park and recreation facilities with no obligatory limitations, but are encouraged to exercise reasoned social etiquette.

To enable action on items affecting the community’s health, safety, & welfare, the District will resume "in-person" meetings, but with deference given to minimalist interaction.

Welcome To Our Website!

We understand that many new residents of Harmony are not familiar with a Community Development District ("CDD" or "District"), which often is especially true for those who have moved here from another State or from outside the U.S.  We urge you to use the resources available through this website to learn what a CDD is and what it does; and to find information you need to know as a resident.

To learn about the District's services & recreational activities, check out the "District Facilities" page.  If you are looking for information about the meetings & actions of the District Board of Supervisors, check the "Meetings", "Agendas", "Minutes", and "Public Records" pages.

If you are a first-time visitor, we suggest you begin your tour of the website by reading "About Harmony", descriptive overview; followed by "What Is A CDD", legal formalities; the "District Board", members & functions; and "District FAQ", answers to common questions.

Customer Service

The Regional Office of the Management Contractor, InfraMark, is in Coral Springs; the District Manager's Office is located in Celebration; and our Field Operations Office is located in Harmony.  For your convenience, all offices are open 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m., Monday through Friday.  You may contact us by phone, fax, email, or U.S. mail; whichever is convenient for you.  Contact information details are along the right side of each webpage.

Most Requested Items


No Signs or Structures Permitted in Easement

Please be aware that signs & other construction material, including port-o-lets, are prohibited in the CDD right-of-way (i.e., the area between the sidewalk & the curb).  Any such placements (without explicit Board approval) will result in removal and disposal.
