Meeting Agendas

Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, all meetings of the Board are open to members of the public and the press, unless the Board meets in executive session to discuss pending matters of litigation.

Agendas are prepared one week in advance of each Board meeting, and the full agenda packages are posted on this webpage in pdf format at that time.  Copies of the agenda (Order-of-Business page only) are available at the meeting for members of the public.

NOTE:  For audience members wishing to comment on agenda items, or other matters of import, the Board requests that written comments be provided prior to the meeting; or if during the course of the meeting, prior to the Board making any motions on a topic.

The District operates on the same fiscal year ("FY") basis as other governmental entities.  The fiscal year begins on October 1st and ends on September 30th of the following year.  Anyone interested in agendas prior to fiscal year 2015 should contact the District Office.
